The Yacht company is actively looking for investors and business partners who are interested in placing quality modern sailing yachts into their charter fleet on Sydney Harbour.

For nearly ten years they have been operating a fleet of luxury yachts. They are based in Darling Harbour, Australia's premier tourism precinct as well as being on the doorstep of Sydney's Central Business District.

* Their extensive fleet of sailboats range in size from 30 to 50 feet. All vessels are privately owned and operate under flexible management agreements.

* The yacht is berthed at our base at Darling Harbour and is made available for a variety of sailing activities. Approximately 80% of all our vessel movements have a qualified skipper on board. The rest are on a bareboat or non-skippered basis.

* The yacht derives charter income which is then split 50/50 between charter company and the owner.

* The charter company is responsible for cleaning, fueling, turnaround, marketing, promoting, advertising, public relations and administration.

* The owner covers berthing, any ongoing maintenance such as slipping and engine service and insurance. The Yacht company either arranges or performs the maintenance for a modest hourly charge.

* The Hunter 38 is a brand new design that offers exceptional comfort, outstanding performance and is easy to handle.

* It is the first yacht produced by Hunter Marine that comes complete with Flexiteak installed as standard in the cockpit.

* The sail area and interior volume are impressive and the layout below decks is extremely well thought out.

Latest News: Positions are available for a Hunter 33 & Hunter 38 to join the expanding fleet of new Hunter yachts.

The Hunter 38 was recently awarded 'Boat of the Year' by Cruising World in the category of 'Best Production Cruiser Under 40ft'. The Hunter 33 was also nominated for the award.

Both designs are ideally suited to the range of activities on offer.The Hunter 33 is superbly suited to the charter market.

The deck is wide and workable without intrusions, and the cockpit is spacious, offering plenty of handholds enabling safe movement about the cockpit when under way.

This is mainly a result of the impressive stainless steel arch found on all Hunter yachts, which also houses the mainsheet traveller and a well designed fore & aft bimini.

The stern rail seats are a real hit and help to 'free-up' the cockpit that seats 8-10 people comfortably.

The performance is excellent, promoted by a large roached mainsail and well balanced with a small headsail that also enables good visability from the helm.
