Should you fail to take delivery of the product or service at the time, date or place confirmed as specified,
the cancellation policies published by the product or service supplier will dictate refund, terms and amounts.

Should the product or service specified by the supplier not be available for whatever reason, including weather
related happenings, you will be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid.
