Kakadu National Park: Extending many kilometres to the east of Darwin, Kakadu National Park can be accessed on day and multi day tours. It is also an excellent self drive area with hotels in Jabiru that give you the best accommodation options in Kakadu. You do need to be aware of the “Wet” (November to April) and “Dry” (May to October) seasons when planning your time.
